The spring is coming, give way to it! And give a track to the racing spring, or several tracks are even better. The leisurely low season is over, and the eventful racing season is ahead. In March Tsunami RT will make active preparations to the realization of its sporting ambitions.
The first event – no, you haven't guessed – is neither in Italy nor in France. We go to the Spanish Navarre that will be considered almost French territory for one weekend: at least, one of Porsche Carrera Cup France stages will be held here.
Navarre has a brand new track, opened in 2010, and our pilot Oleksandr Gaidai haven't been there yet. Within two days, March 3 and 4, Oleksandr is to get into the way of the track, and the team has to select the vehicle settings, specific Spanish ones.
23-years-old Come Ledogar – the guy whose vehicle was whizzing on the pole positions of PCCF stages, and whose happy face – on the podiums – will play the role of the honourable sensei in Navarre. Having won Porsche Carrera Cup France, Come is ready to share his experience, nuances and groundwork with Oleksandr Gaidai.
Navarre will be only the first of several racing tracks Tsunami RT will visit in a month before the official PCCF tests in Magny-Cours. High objectives are set for the season that require active preparation. Notwithstanding that one of the French series stages coincides with the Italian race, our team is going to exert itself in every race of the season to conclude the year in the price-winning top-3 of PCCI absolute classification and win the gentlemen drivers classification in France.
