What do we know about Dijon?

It is located in Burgundi, that is one.
Eiffel was born here, that is two.
Dijon mustard is the most mustardy mustard in the world, that is three.

And what about races? We don’t know anything about races yet, because Porsche Carrera Cup France has not reached Dijon within the last few seasons. However, the Dijon-Prenois circuit remembers the victories of Niki Lauda and Alain Prost because the French Grand Prix of Formula 1 was held here five times and one time – the Swiss Grand Prix (it also happened here!).

Much water has flowed under the bridge since then, and a lot will flow: weather observers will send rains to Dijon for the whole week. Is it the first “wet” round in this season? It promises to be very interesting!

That is why we already packed our bags, put them in motorhome and are going to meet on Friday at 1:35 p.m. and at 4:55 p.m. again to participate in free practices. Cars in Tsunami RT will be driven on the track by Alessio Rovera and Thomas Nicolle.

The Saturday morning of July 1 will meet us with the qualification at 9:40 a.m. (local time, as always). The first race of the third Porsche Carrera Cup France round starts already at 2:10 p.m.

On Sunday we have the same schedule: qualification in the morning, at 10:10 a.m., and the second race in the afternoon, at 4:05 p.m.

Help yourself with a glass of Burgundy, add some Dijon mustard (according to your taste) and follow the news on our Facebook page. It is not mandatory to drink the cocktail proposed above, it is just to create a Dijon mood.
