Porsche Carrera Cup France participants will gather on the Italian circuit for the penultimate round of the season-2016. Two crews will be competing for Tsunami RT Centro Porsche Padova – Oleksandr Gaidai and Alex Zhuannem.
A.Jouannem: "I'm very excited for this race (as usual haha!), but even more this time! Imola is what I call a 'proper' racing circuit. It is fast, flowing and extremely technical. From a driver's perspective, it poses a real challenge - and that is exactly why I look forward to it. Additionally, it is Tsunami RT's home race and following the deception of Le Mans, I strongly look forward to some redemption!"
O.Gaidai: "We go racing 5 days after last race and for sure we will exclude all mistakes which have been done last week. For me I will have same track time like others so will be nice to drive"...
Intense schedule promises us two eventful days: on Saturday, October 1, there are two 30-minute free practices at 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m, and the qualifications in the evening, at 5:10 p.m.
On Sunday there are two 30-minute races, the first one starts at 10:10 a.m., the second – at 3:05 p.m. (local time).
