Mugello can be any – hot and rainy, windy and... hot again (what can we expect from the race in the middle of July in Italy?!). It is never boring. It is its nature.

Mugello circuit is famous for its abrasive asphalt, and also for the fact that its configuration was designed by Enzo Ferrari in person. It has two turns named Arabbiata – "very hot, like chilly pepper". Some drivers also manage to reach the absolute classification podium on slicks under the shower rain there.

However, first of all Mugello is famous for its landscapes. It is Tuscany, the region always used for the shoots of particularly romantic scenes. Semitransparent hills on the background, created in Leonardo's "sfumato" technique by the nature itself, drive mad. For those who are not completely giddy there is the production of local vineyards: Tuscany is the birthplace of Chianti.

So, we set forth towards this indescribable beauty. We are sure that we will adorn it by ourselves! We should say that we have four drivers in Tsunami RT team this time! Alessio Rovera, Carlo and Lino Curti will be accompanied by the young and gifted Jonathan Giacon. Are you curious already?

Than, let us inform you that the first Tsunami RT car will appear on the track on Friday, July 14, at 11:35 a.m. (we indicated the local time for each event), driven by Carlo Curti on the free practices of Michelin Cup classification. At 4:10 p.m. all the rest of Porsche Carrera Cup Italia 4th round participants will be on the track.

On Saturday at 10:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. (at least we will have some time to sleep!) there are two qualification rounds. The first weekend race starts at 5:15 p.m. (we hope that the heat will slacken, at least a little bit by that time).

On Sunday, at 9:50 a.m. (no time for long sleep...) the second race of the Italian Porsche Monocup starts, when, as always in this season, the six best drivers of the previous race will line up on the starting grid in the reverse order.

Three, two, one – go! In the turns named Poggio Secco, Materassi (no idea how mattresses are related to racing!), Casanova, Arrabbiata 1 and Arrabbiata 2 and other ones, one more time, and one more – 28 minutes plus one lap will speed, as always...

We will keep you informed on our Facebook page, and the organizers will show you everything in the live on carreracupitalia.it.

Summer. Tuscany. Porsche. Tsunami. It is a formula of the best weekend, do you agree?
